16. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute, please contact support@gotothegood.store first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Boulder, Colorado. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

We may suspend or terminate your access to gotothegood.store at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
